These terms cover your use of jtconstructionny.com, run by J&T Construction of Oneonta, NY. By using the site or sending us a form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Estimates are free. Requesting one does not commit you to hire us, and the estimate we send back does not commit us to do the work. Nothing is binding until both of us sign a written quote that lists the scope, the price and the schedule.

The written quote, not this site, is the agreement for any project.

Any price or price range on this site is a guide. Real prices depend on square footage, ceiling height, finish level, the condition of the existing surfaces and what we find on site. The price that applies to your project is the one in your signed quote.

The guides, blog posts and service pages on this site are general information about drywall and painting work. They are not advice about your specific job and they do not replace a site visit. We try to keep the content accurate and current, but it can contain errors and we may change it at any time.

The text and photos on this site belong to J&T Construction. You may link to any page. Do not copy the content for another business or site without asking us.

When you send a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that we may contact you about it by phone, text or email. Our Privacy Policy at /privacy explains how we handle what you send.

We provide this site as is. We are not liable for loss that comes from using the site, relying on its content, or from the site being unavailable.

For any claim connected to work we performed, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for that work. This limit does not apply where New York law does not allow it.
